Rico Hatton (they/them/he)Greetings! I suppose this is where I ramble about myself for a bit. Born in the UK and growing up in the US, I started my acting journey back when my family signed me up for community theatre at a young age. I took to the craft immediately, participating in musical theatre at both school and community groups up until I graduated high school.From there on, my path took me back to the UK to study Film and TV at Uni, specializing in scriptwriting for film, TV, and stage. While I was living in London for a time, I happened to meet a wonderful gentleman who was a veteran in the voice-acting community. He and his associates were looking for more American accents, and that was how I was first introduced to the world of voice-over.It took a couple of false starts and a mass of confusion, but when the 2020 Pandemic hit, I suddenly found myself with a lot of time on my hands. I decided to use it to commit myself to learning the art and business of voice-over properly.Since then, I've lent my voice to several indie animation and videogame titles, corporate B2B, and training videos, and found a way to use my film degrees to write scripts for indie games. I'm currently based in Manchester, UK, working from my home studio. Every day is a new adventure and I can't wait to lend my voice to your project!
